I came in needing to get my personal care sorted fairly quickly as I settle into Dublin and prepare to start college, and she made the whole process feel easy. She was kind, patient, and really took the time to understand what I needed, and she had everything lined up faster than I expected. Joan (woman with red hair and blue outfit) really made my experience so seamless and relaxed as I’m really nervous getting my bloods done. I loved her energy!

I visited Suffolk Street Surgery today to get bloods taken. I’m not a fan of needles at all, but Joan was amazing with me. She put me at ease, even moving offices to accommodate me lying on a plinth in case it went pear shaped!
Joan kept me chatting to ease my nausea and gave me a couple of glucose sweets to keep my sugar levels up after the bloods were taken. It’s so rare to find this level of customer service these days, but Joan turned a nervous and anxious situation into an easy task, despite my narrow veins making her job harder!
