Joan on reception made my whole experience so much easier. How we treat one another matters so much and Joan is the kind of person who can really make a difference to someone’s challenging experience!

Dr. Orla and Dr. John were both very kind and listened to my concerns, really good service and the secretary was very lovely.

Very happy with the GP consultation I had. I was given the full 15 minutes allocated to me, where as my usual GP (in another clinic) usually spends less than 5 minutes with me. The Dr dealt with my presenting issue and then spoke to me about other health issues going on and was interested in listing to me. Was like a little mini counselling session. Will use again as needed.
